Orders

Placing an order creates a request to purchase at the prices shown, in US dollars. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received.

Prices and tax

Prices are set by REVIENNE and are recalculated by our system at checkout. Sales tax applies to orders delivered in New York State. Where the rate is estimated, we confirm the exact amount before your order ships.

Payment

After checkout, your order's private payment page shows the ways to pay we accept at that time. Card and PayPal payments are completed on the provider's own secure page, and card details never reach our site.

Delivery

Complimentary insured shipping, signature on delivery, presented in the REVIENNE box. We deliver within the United States. See Shipping.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges within 30 days on unworn pieces. Resized pieces are final sale. See Returns & Exchanges.
