How REVIENNE handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you place an order, create an account, book an appointment or write to us, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history, so that we can fulfill your order and reply to you.
Payments
After checkout, your order's private payment page shows the ways to pay we accept at that time. Card and PayPal payments are completed on the provider's own secure page, and card details never reach our site. For other payment methods we keep the confirmation details you choose to share.
Cookies
By default we use only what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, protecting forms, keeping your bag in your own browser, and remembering that you closed or answered our newsletter invitation. With your permission (Cookie Settings, at the foot of every page) we also remember the gold colour you last chose. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Emails
We email you about your orders and appointments. Our letters about new pieces and events are sent only if you sign up, and you can leave at any time.
Your choices
You can see and update your details in your account, or ask us to correct or delete them, by writing to [email protected].
